When will my medical report be available?

Once your appointment is completed, and after your fee or donation for treatment has been received, we will work with your clinician to complete your medical report. This can take up to two weeks (in rare case, if your doctor is unexpectedly unavailable, for instance due to illness, it can take longer.)

Your medical report will be sent to you. We ask that you always share a copy with your GP (and any relevant specialists, where appropriate).
