What is the Migraine Patient Portal and how can I access it?

At the National Migraine Centre, we care about every patient, and we’re committed to making sure you achieve the best outcomes possible.

Your headache specialist will monitor your progress and tailor the care you receive to meet your individual needs.

To do this, we need your help.

Before you see a headache specialist, we’ll ask you to share with us information about your headaches and general health before treatment in an initial assessment. You’ll do this through the Migraine Patient Portal. You can access the portal once you have received an email from our team confirming your appointment.

As your care continues, you’ll be invited to share how you are responding to treatment. This will help your doctor to continue to provide the best possible care for you.

When logged into the portal, you can find out more about the system, how we protect your data and provide your consent. You’ll be asked to choose a secret question, which will help keep your information secure when logging in again in future.
