What information do I need to book a consultation?

You can go ahead and book a consultation right away here.

We’ll then email you a checklist of information that would be helpful – or in some cases, essential – for us to receive before your appointment date.

That could include a list of current and past medications and dosages, which enables the headache specialists to make informed treatment recommendations, and a diary of your recent headaches.

For procedures, we can only proceed if we receive a completed consent form.

But everything we need will be included in your confirmation email, so you can go ahead and make your booking right away.
