Can I see someone from home or will I need to travel?

As long as you’re registered with a UK* GP and in the UK* at the time of treatment, we can make you an appointment to see a headache specialist remotely, using videolink technology (you can use a smartphone, tablet or a computer with webcam). Telephone consultations are also available.

This applies to routine consultations, private consultations and anti-CGRP appointments.

For procedures, such as Botox treatment and greater occipital nerve (GON) blocks you will, of course, need to see a clinician face to face. These procedures are only available in England, although we will see patients from across the UK*. If the clinic location we offer you is not convenient, you can cancel the booking request before payment is made.
